I have been patient for over 20 years. Charles has operated on both my shoulders. He has also scoped my knee. Always feel comfortable and welcome at Bowie and Annapolis office. I have recommended him on many occasions to friends.

I am very happy with this practice. I was their patient since 2003 and until now. Dr. Charles Ruland takes care of my shoulder and knee problems. He had done surgery of my right shoulder twice, 15 years apart and I am still doing great with my arm and shoulder. I have the best orthopedic surgeon!

Dr. Ruland and the entire office staff was wonderful. He answered my endless questions and explained in detail the surgery and recovery process. I thought he was wrong on the recovery process (too short), but he was spot on. The office staff handled my issues from my work place with ease and efficiency.

I have almost full motion after rotator cuff and bicep tendon surgery from Dr. Ruland; also, a very small incision. Also, my husband before me slipped on the ice and broke his femur. Dr. Ruland repaired this injury and my husband is fully mobile and has an even gait. I agree: He knows his stuff.
