I started coming to Excelsior while my primary physician is on maternity leave and the practice has exceeded my expectations. Dr Liz and the rest of the staff have been extremely kind and helpful with whatever I need from prescriptions to referrals. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for comprehensive healthcare.

Popped in at the advice of a pharmacy friend at the adjacent Safeway, I had no idea Excelsior was even there. I was seen within about 20 mins of arrival. Dr. Romeus has a wonderful bedside manner. He took the time to carefully explain my issue and the best course of action for treatment. He suggested additional tests that might preempt any other serious issues. It was refreshing, given how little attention is paid to bedside manner in this day and age. A doctor, in an urgent care facility no less, taking the time to make me FEEL cared for, was something I had to share.

In desperation for a restroom, I stopped here because I could go no farther without having an accident. I asked the first person I saw to please allow me to use the toilet. She just kept insisting they didn't have public restrooms. I explained that I was getting ready to have an accident, so she finally pointed me down the hall. When I got there, it turned out a code was needed to get in! I found another kinder person at the reception desk that gave me the code without any further questions. I made it in time...but I know that I would never come here for any treatment because of the lack of compassion.

Everything about the experience was great. Same day appointment, very little wait, great staff, incredibly knowledgeable doctor. I've had bad experiences with urgent care recently, and this was absolutely wonderful.
