List of Expresscare Urgent Care Center Bowie's Reviews
The entire staff is amazing. They are professional, thorough and have excellent bedside manners 👌
Everyone was so polite and kind and it was so fast!!! I'm sorry my anxiety got the best of me and I was so crazy.
Excellent care; excellent providers.
Excellent customer service!
My care and treatment was excellent. The NP was professional and efficient. The radiology tech was exceptionally courteous. Great place.
Terrible. The provider just kept saying "Oh, damn" over and over as we were telling him of what was going on. Extremely unprofessional. He barely looked at it and told us we had to go to the ER instead. I highly suspect he just wanted to be done with the night since we were there at the end of the night. When my husband took off the dressing he was then told to "just throw it on the floor" as he wouldn't take it to throw it away. And if this is how things normally run, it makes me wonder what the cleanliness of the rest of the facility is. Also, no biohazard trash can, just an open trash can. At the end of the visit, the provider just left and we got no paperwork or anything even though he has said "I'm sending you to the ER". The rest of the staff was really nice, it was just the provider who was terrible. I would ONLY consider coming back if I knew he was not going to be "caring" (if you can even call it that) for me. UPDATE: After going to the ER, they confirmed that this urgent care frequently sends people to ER at the end of the night as they just want to go home and not care for their patients if it's not something that's "routine".
Walk ins welcome is prominently displayed on both doors. I arrived at 8:45 pm when they close at 9 p.m. and was refused service. I was told to register at a kiosk to locate an open appointment (yes, while I was standing in ExpressCare). Clearly, most online systems will not book within a certain amount of time prior to closing. I have been to many urgent care centers within 30 minutes of closing time and never been refused service. This is unprofessional and I will never use an ExpressCare location again. It would have been better and more honest for the receptionist to state that they do not see patients within 15 minutes of closing. That is more easily understood than the game of sign in to find an open time while you are standing in the facility. No words for the lack of class and professionalism.
Do not go here if you want unauthorized tests run and billed to your insurance. Apparently they can run a pregnancy test on your elementary age child without your consent or knowledge even when you specifically ask them why they need a urine sample for the flu, and they lie straight to your face.
I do not understand. Gave my insurance cards ,both to Express care when I was there. Now they're sending me a bill saying can't find my insurance. WTH???
My ONLY go to when I need Urgent care! They operate with urgency from the beginning to the end! I’ve been to the Largo and Bowie locations and the customer service is the same across the board!! I love ExpressCare!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
