List of Kari Bailey's Reviews
The front desk staff was welcoming, helpful, & efficient. Dr. Zhou has an excellent bedside manner. He was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns and questions. Once test results were in from my appointment, Dr. Zhou personally called to deliver results & answer any questions. Overall experience was pleasant which is a huge relief because having to go to a urologist in the 1st place makes one a bit nervous. I highly recommend Dr. Zhou & want to say thank you again to him for being an excellent Doctor!
I appreciate how patient the doctor was with sitting with me and discussing my issues, without feeling like I was being rushed. That is a big deal to me in this day! Neither did I want to dawdle and take up too much of his time, but I left feeling like I had been heard and a plan of action was in place. One thing I would be happier about was if phone calls were returned when requested.
Five star experience at the Bowie office with Dr. Bic Cung. This was my first time and it was a very pleasant experience. The office was organized and took me on time. I had my test results before I left and Dr. Cung was excellent and took all the time necessary to answer all my questions. He exuded confidence and put me at ease. It is a relief to have such a fine practice taking care of my health care needs.
Horrible Experience!!!! A clear victim of Racial Discrimination. I am an African American woman, who was denied the care I deserved. My pain was dismissed and not addressed. Seeking a lawyer ASAP! Discrimination exist as much in healthcare as it does everywhere else in society. I think some doctors wouldn’t care if blacks dropped dead all over the world. They hide their true feelings inside for the sake of being politically correct, but internally they lack morals and the ethics.
This urology staff is amazing. The staff are friendly, flexible, and knowledgably. Patients are treated with respect, and, even during the most trying times of COVID, appointments and treatments were done with excellence. Dr. Bic Kung has been my urologist for around ten years or so, and is an extremely pleasant and vibrant doctor who listens carefully to patients, and discusses treatment options directed towards individual needs and offers options. What is most impressive to me is his understanding of the latest technologies for treatment, and his dialogue with patients to choose best options for treatment. His staff is unsurpassed in their efficient, yet relaxed environment. I cannot imagine having any other urology group to have, along with the top tier care offered there by both the staff, all medical assistants, and in particular Dr. Kung.
I thought Dr McDonagh and the two medical assistances were great and enjoyed my interactions with them. Them I would give 5 stars. The lady at the front desk checking people in and out seemed very unprofessional in the way she interacted with patients. Maybe she was having a bad day which we all have. I did not take it personally and tried to gloss over her attitude. The office was average, building average, plenty of parking.
Dr. Christopher Graziano is by far the worse doctor I have ever come in contact with. He diagnosed me wrong. He was extremely mean and nasty, and when I tried to show him his error is his diagnosis he became defensive. He said he prescribed me something he never prescribed. In addition, he said he saw me a month ago,, and last week was the first time I met him. I wouldn't let my dog see him if he was a veterinarian. I tried to explained to him how offensive he was during my visit and he became meaner and cold... I walked out. He showed no empathy! To make matters worse, Dr.. Graziano lied in my summary.. He stated I showed him screen shot, but it was a total lie and that he refused. I gave him my phone and let him go through my patient portal information of my primary and labcorp......the patient portal Doesn't allow screen shooting for security purposes. He said I was showing him screen shots, but you can't screen shot. He lied throughout my portfolio. I may report him to the board of physician for his actions. Do not see Dr. Christopher Graziano if you want to be helped! He will mess you up and make you seem like you're the culprit! Don't come here.
Dr Bailey is so great. She listens and finds the best solution for your problem. Very knowledgeable and cares about her patients.
Not to bad , not the same as in the past . Not to happy with the physician that i saw on this occasion. The previous doctor ( Dr. Rock )that i had was phenomenal but he was booked up until February. This physician never examined me and told me to go get a test he could have told me to get before i got there . Every doctor worth his weight in salt knows how painful kidney stones are, then to be put on tele-visit a week later . Everything else was great . Receptionist and Scheduling was perfect . I just need another physician.
Professional, responsive and caring. When arriving in pain with a kidney stone for over 48 hours, Dr Emmanuel personally took me for a MRI. He requested results that evening and scheduled me a procedure at 10:30 the next day. In a day where service is hard to deliver, Dr Emmanuel and his staff went far beyond for a new patient he never met before.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
