The staff is phenomenal. Danya (pardon the incorrect spelling) at the front desk is so kind and a woman of God; good energy. Dr. Risa Reid and the staff are exceptional. I received excellent treatment during my consultations and in person appointments. TWO THUMBS NORTH!!!

6 hours to leave a 99 year old woman that was brought in by an ambulance- sitting in the OUTSIDE HALLWAY- is absolutely unacceptable!!!!

My father is in his 90’s, can’t hear, has dementia, and a temper. He’s had to come to the ER here multiple times. The staff here is always great. From the employees at the help desks/registration to the intake nurses, techs, and doctors they are always so pleasant, helpful, and patient. They take the time to ensure scared patients feel comfortable and get good explanations. Seems like an industry standard but it’s just not. Thank you AAMC for everything! #navychief

I was a patient of Dr. Killian in the Edgewater office for years. When I asked them if I could transfer to a closer office, they told me that no one was taking new clients. I said that I wasn't a new client and they said it didn't matter. If I wanted an appointment at all, there was one doctor that was taking patients that were Killian's. I may have to go because I need a refill on my meds but not after that. These big corporations have a heart of iron.
