Mark L. Gonzalez's Online Review Report Card

This morning I called to get an appointment with one of their doctors. The receptionist accent is a mass and on the other hand she is very much impatient, irritated and unprofessional. Maybe their doctors are good but I have build a disappointing feeling about them in advance. They are not doing charity to have this much high ego, in fact we are paying 1000s of dollars every month for this crazy health system. They have job because we are here calling them. They are are customer service they need to keep the company value if they are unprofessional then the whole business will go nowhere. I wish they consider changing or teaching their customer service team to learn how to be a human being at lest.

I have been to this office and have seen Dr Gonzalez a number of times He is caring and through. And is very good with vision matters. I would say if you need eye care this is the Doctor to see.

Nice quick and clean visit. The dcotor is nice and friendly and takes good care of me. The nurse is excellent and the reception staff is ok. Always had a long wait but not this time due to COVID I was in and out in 1 hour!

I Did not complete the appointment request because staff was not helpful, no courtesy, no friendly. I don't know about the doctor, he might be good or excellent (?), but patients (customers) needs to feel welcomed first.

Dr Gonzalez explain procedures and his findings very well! Office staff pleasant and accommodating. Great Covid precautions.

I have found Dr. Gonzales and his staff to be vry professional, thoughtful and efficient. They also wee very responsive when I had an eye emergency and took plenty of time with me to ensure that my eye ws properly treated.

This office needs to examine the booking of appointments. I ended up walking out after an hour wait! They make you pay first so i had to wait even more for them to credit my account. WORST office wait time i have ever experienced. Go to someone else

He answers all questions and explained the procedure. I knew what to expect before, during and after surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Mark Gonzalez.

I saw Dr. Gonzalez several times for my eye problem. He is sooo nice and always takes the time to explain and help me understand. I got great glasses in the office, I see him mostly for my medical issues but it is nice that he can do my eye exams for glasses also. The staff is so nice and funny to talk to.
