I honestly hate this hospital they take so long to see you like you could literally be in the lobby dying and your waiting for them to call your name back like your waiting on food stamps or taxes honestly ridiculous yall need to do better the doctors move so slow to see you and it’s takes so long just to get room I hate it here!

*using a different name from check-in* Dr. Reginald Brown and Nurse Cameron are so thorough and thoughtful. They have great bedside manner. The facility is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The food was also tasty.

The worst place to go if you are having a medical emergency!!!! Catherine and Amber are the rudest and unprofessional staff members that I have ever encountered working the front desk! As a RN, I accompanied a family member who was stung by a wasp and unable to communicate as he was having an anaphylaxis reaction. The personnel at the front desk blocked me from communicating with medical personnel to provide history. I should have just called EMTs. Don’t go here! Such a disgrace! I won’t take my dog there!

I remember being here a few years ago. I’m seeing the up and down comments, some good and some bad. It’s hard to say whether this facility really is shit or not. When I went at the time, I required immediate stitches and got them done within 20-30 minutes. Another time I went, I had a very bad infected ingrown toenail, the wait wasn’t long and they x rayed the toe. Ended up telling the doctor to squeeze the puss which was the main problem- due to it adding a ton of pressure. This facility is good and bad… I guess it depends on what you’re going for. I will say, I do not like how staff treat people who are mentally ill. Doctors/workers need more training on what to say and not say to people who are down in a ditch. If you’re going for mental health issues- I don’t recommend them at all. I don’t really recommend any health facility for mental health… you’re better off seeing a psychiatrist and trying some pills.

I am very honest and I had made a 1 star review at first but after calming down and allowing the medical team to do their job my daughter was taken care of.

Make promises they do not keep that cause people significant and unnecessary pain and danger. Do not trust what they say. Especially if being transferred to another location.

Was able to see a doctor quickly both times I went here. First time I went the diagnosis was not correct, it happens. Second time, was spot on. Nurses, docs, reception, everyone I talked to was super nice.

My sister visited this hospital just today. She is a bigger person I will say but this hospital was racist and discriminatory towards her. There were several things wrong with the people who 'helped' her. She still did not seek the answers she was looking for. They didn't even check the parts of her that she came in for. They barely gave her a check up, they said that her weight was stopping them from actually finding an issue???. The PA and doctors kept walking passed her room while she waited hours. As a bigger black women this is absurd. She was telling the PA about her issues but the PA did not seem to care, her seat was also behind my sister which was rude and uncalled for. I am considering suing. I would never recommend you all.
