My experience with the staff at MedStar Health: Physical Therapy Clinic at Brandywine has been EXCELLENT!! I came into the clinic for the first time in January 2023 in a wheelchair after several months without physical therapy due to multiple issues. Through the guidance of their physical therapy staff I have transitioned from a wheelchair to walking with a cane in just over three weeks. I am able to navigate steps, and I continue to progress more each day. I appreciate all of the patience and work that you have done to help me achieve this goal ahead of my anticipated time . A very special thank you to my physical therapy staff, Michelle, Katie, Shawn, Aurora, Amanda, Mike, Simone and MiKayla.

Amanda is awesome and all the staff are warm and welcoming. This was my first ever therapy session and Amanda explained everything and answered all my questions. At all times she made sure that I was comfortable. I am so glad I chose this facility.

I was connected to MNRH via an outside referral for PT. The staff was great, the facility was clean, and I received services timely. I hope I don’t have to return, but if I do, this would be the place to go.

My experience with this facility and staff has been above my expectations. Karen, has made my rehabilitation process so comforting. She has explained every step to me, been very patient, and has amazing customer service. From the moment you walk into the facility you are greeted with warmth and professionalism. I would have to say that all staff are welcoming, shows that they are dedicated to giving you the best rehabilitation. The office is very organized, clean, and has no problem working with your schedule. If your appointment is at 7:30, you don’t have to worry about not going back on time. I have also worked with Katie and she was just as great. The ladies who help with assisting the therapist are the greatest and genuinely seem to want to be there. This place has been absolutely the best and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants great care. Thank you to all the staff that has helped me and will help me through this journey. Victoria
