Vincent Mario Notarangelo's Online Review Report Card

Early last week I was concerned I had pink eye, so I consulted my insurances' website for a nearby ophthalmologist. Dr. Notarangelo came up in my results and I was able to get an appointment the day I called. I also suspected I would not have to pay for, nor worry about finding a parking spot.This turned out to be true. Dr. Notarangelo's office has ample parking and shares a lot with a hospital. I checked in with a friendly help desk person and was directed to Dr. N's space in the facility.There I handed over my drivers license and insurance card to the receptionist there. I also paid my copay with a check. Note to other patients, they don't take cards at this office which is 1/2 a point off for me. It's almost 2020 people!The other 1/2 off was for the wait, which was 30 minutes or so. But once I was called back, things moved quickly.I liked Dr. N's "bedside manner" if you will. He was efficient and ran through all the necessary tests with ease and confidence. He explained my issue and provided a gel to resolve my problem (not pink eye, yay!). Before I knew it, I was out the door and back home!Overall, I don't usually have issues that require an ophthalmologist. My vision is just fine. But, in the event I do have something come up, I'll certainly return to this place!

His office and equipment are from the 70's maybe 80's and I just spent almost $400.00 with him and it was a waste.. I have to get rechecked because he gave me a bad prescription and the glasses are worthless. Do your self a favor and use a Doctor that has updated equipment and a Doctor who cares.. Not Him..

Run-down office. Overbooked. Kept me waiting too long. Refuses to take credit card co-payments. Finally gave up and left after the doctor still had not called me in, 40 minutes after my scheduled appt. time. The entire place had a creepy vibe. Wasted an entire morning. Overbooking is wrong. If you can't handle the patient load, schedule fewer patients.
