The admin staff in the Brunswick office have lost a number of patient records. Karen in that office will write items on records that will harm m patients such as bogus results. The place should be should be down.

There was a miscommunication in regards to appointment date on both ends. When I went to reschedule, they charged $120 as a missed appointment fee, and didn’t even mention it over the phone from the beginning that this would be the initial charge. I emailed and called them but was met with ignorance from the office manager at the time. Needless to say, I will not be scheduling an appointment here. During Covid times, it’s a harsh charge. I paid it in full and hope this prevents future first time patients to be charged this harshly.

I highly recommend Frederick Primary Care Associates in Brunswick, I've found all of the providers and staff to be very caring and make the patient feel comfortable.  I'm very confident in my provider's expertise and appreciate the time and attention she gives me as a patient.

Jessica Vossler (P.A.-C.) has given me top notch care. She has a warm and kind demeanor which allows me to feel open and safe. Her recommendations have been on point with my specialists. I know that I am in good hands. The staff is always kind and helpful. I highly recommend this office.

If you are a machine on an assembly line you will do fine here. They are efficient and correct. They just do not listen.

Love Frederick Primary Care. I only go to Brunswick and Jefferson. Sometimes I have to wait a bit after I am brought into a room, but it's never too long. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. I always get an appointment right away when i call either for myself or my children. If i have a question someone always has an answer for me even if they have to consult someone else. I highly recommend them! Jennie Dorsey is awesome!

I wanted to do things right. I went to a primary care provider to obtain a child therapist referral for my son. First we waited over an hour past hour appointment. When seen, we were seen for 10 minutes and practically rushed out. We were given forms to fill out and bring back. It took nearly 3 weeks to receive a referral because no one knew what the forms I turned in were for. Not only it took forever, but the whole point of taking this route was to be referred to a specific doctor to help us out. Didn't even get that decency after the insanely long wait for everything else. The only reason I gave two stars is because the staff is actually very nice and respectful. I will be looking for another care provider, even if it means driving 10 more minutes.
