Dr. Gupta is good, but the office staff are horrible. They don't answer the phone or return calls. After 7 years, I am switching.

Everything was ok until I was diagnosed with a rare, and unexpected health event. I was under severe distress and I was not taken seriously. The follow-up appointments were awkward and occasionally she did not respond to my statements. She was unprofessional when I mis-remembered a direction she gave me following a brain injury. Overall, she lacks appropriate bedside manner and humility when addressing conditions she is less familiar with.

Love Dr.Gupta and her nurse! Finally found a doctor that I feels cares about my health. Her nurse is so helpful and go out her way to make sure I'm taking care of. I have a lot of health issues and I feel confident with my "treatment". The only thing the front staff always seen to be in a bad mood but overall I'm satisfied with Dr.Gupta plus her nurse!!!
