I have been a skin cancer patient of Dr. Ling for several years and have found him, and his staff, to be knowledgeable and professional at all times.

I will never go back here again. The only good thing about the office was the staff. They were kind, but the doctor was the worst! I got MAYBE 20 SECONDS with the doctor before he ran out of the room. I was sitting in the room after speaking with the nurse when a man walks in and starts pulling up my shirt. No introduction, not a word; just pulling at my clothes. I instantly freak out and stand up looking in shock at him. The nurse comes in suddenly and says he wants to see my back. Still no intro to the doctor. I lift my shirt, show him my problem, and in seconds he yells, benign! then walks out of the room. I was so frusterated. Never again! Don't waste your time or your money.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this doctor and his staff! So here's my story: I went to this doctor for a skin problem I was having and it had nothing to do with my face and he started to say how my face moisturizer was not good for me. Anyways, I asked him what he think was good and he prescribed me a face moisturizer and I TRUSTED him for being a doctor and started using it. My skin is super sensitive and that's why I never changed my face moisturizer. Now think about a product that destroyed my face -- that's the product he prescribed me! Anyways, I was terrified when I saw my face in the mirror and immediately called him to know what to do and I was told he didn't have any appointment available to help me out with HIS MISTAKE. After arguing with his staff, they finally got an appointment for me and I went over there for him to tell me that I had just to stop using the product. NOT APOLOGY, NOTHING, JUST A HUGE BILL WAS SENT TO MY HOUSE. He charged me the same amount for looking at my face and saying I had to stop the product than he charged me for a full consultation, which is absurd, because I shouldn't pay for him to fix his mistake. Called his staff named TONIA and think about someone rude and disrespectful, that's her!!! She then told me Id have to pay for it because the service was provided and I explained to her what happened and she said she would talk to him and call me back. Did I receive the call back? NO! What I received was a bill statement saying that if I don`t pay for it they will make a negative credit report on my credit score. SO they didn't only left scars on my skin (that I will have to pay a FORTUNE to get removed, IF its possible to be removed) also they disrespect me and showed what their business is about. Its not about the patients, only the money. I wonder where the world is going to get with people that handle their business this way. SO BE AWARE and do anything to void having business with them.

Dr. Ling has brought me positive results for all my dermatology needs. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of these services.

I have been a patient for about 3 years and Dr. Ling and his staff have treated me with 3 moles that had cancerous characteristics. Dr. Ling and his staff not only treated me well, they took care and let me know every step of the way how things were going. I highly recommend Dr. Ling and his staff to anyone that needs to see a dermatologist.

I didn't have my insurance card with me, so they refused me service, told me to re-schedule. I needed a doctor and they were too lazy to pick up the phone and verify my insurance. Pathetic!

Dr. Ling is the best dermatologist I had ever seen in my life. He is not only knowledgeable, but also extremely helpful.
