Too large to care. You are a number only. If one patient, an existing patient at that, falls through the cracks and can suffer needlessly for days because there is no urgency or attention to detail, no worries another one will come along. The Glen Burnie office isn't even open the posted hours and there is zero follow-up from anyone. Go elsewhere this is a money making machine for the top brass only.
