Not a good doctor..dont read mri.. doesn't communicate with patients
Dr K Shah and her staff have been really helpful informative and freindly
I am completely unhappy disappointed with MS. Shah. She was short with me , no full explanations, 1 shot , 9 or 10 medications , no relief , 3 weeks later. It was extremely hard to reach her in her office.
Lovely Doctor, very reasonable and kind. Listens well and takes your pain/worries seriously. Very happy and cannot fault her! Unfortunately though the reception staff could be more friendly, especially considering people seeing a neurologist are often in quite a lot of pain and are vulnerable. Some may have issues understanding what is being said to them/asked of them. I know some days with my severe migraines, I struggle a lot. I understand they may be stressed - especially during Covid - but a little smile and kind tone, clear communication and care goes a long way. I feel guilty saying that because I understand this year has been very hard for everyone, but I must be honest!
Dr. Shah is a great doctor and shows that she really cares about her patients.
Very unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate Physician. I have never in my life seen doctors so rude and nasty until I was seen by doctors employees under Jarboe or Shah Medical Group.
Worst person ever! Awful personality, super stuck up and RUDE. I feel bad for anyone that has the displeasure of interacting with her!
Not the most pleasant bedside manner in the world but gives you the news straight. Has helped my neuropathy in my leg after a severe blood clot. The meds don’t really help that much... until I don’t take them. Then the pins and needles come back with a vengeance. I think she has helped me as much as I can be helped. I would give her 4 stars. I love the tall black nurse that gives me b-12 shots, she is super friendly and gets you in and out quickly. 5 stars. The two front office ladies that I see often, shorter black woman and a white woman are also very good at getting me in and out. 4 stars. I don’t care as much for the one nurse white lady who makes you jump through hoops and sign a host of documentation for a B-12 shot. She’s nice and well intentioned but comes off as condescending and talking down to you. 3 stars. All in all I would recommend this place for neuropathy unless you want someone who is one of those touchy feely doctors who will blow sunshine and rainbows your way.
Dr. Shah has taken the time to listen to me and provide a plan of action. She and her staff have been nothing but professional.
After reading the reviews I was scared to see Dr. Shah. So glad I didn't let that keep me away. My experience was lovely. The front desk got me in ASAP, they were very helpful. The nurses were kind and caring. Dr. Shah was very professional. The first visit I needed an MRI to see what was going on. My second visit she explained what was going on and what course of action to take. She thoroughly explained everything, was very gentle, and personable. She and her staff really made me feel that they cared about my well being, and genuinely wanted to help me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
