Even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait 45 minutes to an hour after my appointment to be seen. I feel like the test results were not accurate as I knew I had strep throat.

The wait was a bit long but once I was seen it was extremely quick. I had to go in for stitches so I was a bit nervous but the Nurse, Jackie (I hope I spelled that right) made me feel so much better. She made sure I was comfortable and that we had supplies to treat my stitches at home and even got me to laugh while I was in pain. Will definitely return to this urgent care if I ever need to. Thank you Jackie!

Waited over an hour from scheduled appointment time before seeing a doctor while it wasn’t even busy, don’t go here there’s plenty of better urgent cares around

The place was clean and the people were nice, but I have NEVER heard of having to make an appointment for an urgent visit. URGENT mean NOW, NOT 2 hours later!!!!!

New policy of scheduling walk ins and not allowing the patient to fully check in while they wait in the lobby for their walk in appointment 3 hrs from then is a reason to not return.

The Dr was amazing! He took care of my son and I and was a true pleasure to see! The front desk turned away my 2 year old daughter, wife and 13 year old son (after I had checked myself and 3 year old son in) because we were there 1.5 hours before they closed. I was livid! The sad piece is we all had strep and all required throat swabs and antibiotics. The time it took to swab the two of us, it would have take little to no additional time to swab the other 3. I won’t go back there again.
