If you want to be seen by doctors that do absolutely nothing for you in a dirty office with throat up all over the place hours wait in a dead empty office this is the place for you

The front office staff, Nurses, and Doctors are awesome at this location. I would recommend this location to everyone I know. When you are in pain you do not want any hassles and the Individuals that work here made my experience beautiful. I go again and again and again!!!

It was busy but I was seen within an acceptable time frame. My NP was quick but thorough and I was in and out in less than 2 hours

Wyatt NP, was amazing she came in and introduced herself, went over my triage results and then during the exam she took her time to listen carefully not just to my concerns and what was bothering but to my lungs. When my results for my X-ray came back she again explained everything and went over what she was recommending to help relieve my symptoms.

1. Had to fill out new patient forms, even though I was there last week. 2. Had me waiting an hour in a room just for the practitioner to ask me if I wanted tests done or if I had covid. 3. I was one of two patients in the building and it took an hour and a half to be in and out. They earned this one star.

The doctor I saw was great. Literally everything else was not. For some reason they’re triaging patients in rooms where there are other patients separated by a privacy screen. The nurse rattled off my private medications and then made me go through embarrassing details, with someone and their kid less than five feet from me. I’m kind of mindblown. It was awkward and uncomfortable and the answer when I voiced concerns was “well this is the best we can do” This was the second time I visited this urgent care to resolve the same issue, even. I can’t really say that I’d be likely to come back I had any other choice. Very frustrated. The ball was dropped hardcore in so many places today.

Why do you have people make appointments and they are still waiting to be seen an hour and a half after the appointment. I understand you have walk ins etc but that long on a wait is a bit much if you make an appointment.
