Dr. Perraut is a great doctor. However! If you're life depended on getting ahold of his office, well... You'd be dead! The call center is an absolute joke as they never give messages to his office and they hate transferring anyone to his office and if they do, no one answers the phones, period! It's like they don't care. Even the pharmacies say they don't like dealing with his office because they never answer the phone and they never return phone calls to get medication refills. Sometimes I have to go weeks without my important medications because I simply cannot get ahold of anyone.

Dr Perraut is a excellent Dr. The one problem I have is getting my messages to him. Recently I have left multiple messages with his office in California , Md. still no return calls.

It is difficult when you are experiencing a non emergency problem and need to be seen within a week, you are told that you have to wait 6 weeks to schedule an appointment. We are pleased with Dr. Perraut as our GP but problems arise to get an appointment within a normal wait time.

I have been a patient for a few years now and this is one of the best doctors I have visited. He is very thoughtful, understanding, and knowledgeable. Always listens and finds the best treatment plan.

I am a complicated case to work with and Dr Perraut has never let me down or given up like most I have come across. I can feel confident that when I need a doctor we can work together for a solution that will be best for me. I met him in the hospital and he is my favorite person and doctor and I have had truly tons of doctors in the past and he tops them all.
