Staff is attentive and always friendly and helpful. The providers are all amazing and thorough. The on-site infusion suite and lab making things much easier and more convenient. The infusion suite is comfortable and the nursing staff is always caring and helpful.

WARNING!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. WASTE OF TIME. STRAIGHT UP AWFUL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT QUALITY MEDICAL CARE. Dr. Landis either was ignorantly unaware of or blatantly lying about the % of people who test positive for inflammatory markers in RA (sero-positive). I asked. He said 0%. It's around 20%. I ALSO found OVER 20 errors in my notes from JUST TWO VISITS. There was ZERO attention to detail. There also seemed to be ZERO interest in helping to determine what is going on in my body. If they can't perform the most basic note-taking tasks correctly or actually do the exams they’re claiming to do, that's scary. To put it in perspective: would you trust a builder to construct your house if their notes were full of incorrect/falsified information and they claimed to perform inspections they didn’t? No? Same.

seen for hand problem, was given injection on opposite side of hand.. it did nothing oso I was sent to the orthopedic saying I had to have my tendons released. then when the dr couldn't see me with out a release he said to come back to see him and charged me again of course only to say go get physical therapy. left with out explanation of what he thinks I have and a large bill.

Doesn't seem to have a lot of knowledge I have been sent to RM i's I've been sent for a cat scan all types a blood test he didn't tell me anything except go to therapy not quite happy with this guy at all not sure he knows the business that well

Dr. Landis and his staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Landis did a lot of testing and bloodwork. My second visit, he had a diagnosis and prescribed medications, which has helped me tremendously.

Dr. Landis is a good doctor. My experience with some of the staff there hasn't been from billing to receptionist.

I have seen Dr. Landis for 3 appointments now and my experience with him and the staff has been fantastic. I got to know all the girls by first name and each one of them are very kind and helpful. Dr. Landis ordered a complete series of blood work and x-rays on me to pin point exactly what kind of Arthritis that I have. Now that the results are back, Dr. Landis is able to treat me accordingly.
