As everyone knows its never easy going to the doctor. As soon as I walked in I noticed butterflies at the checkin windows. Butterflies have a special meaning to me so right away I felt relaxed. The nurse and the anesthesiologist were so friendly and they treated me like family. Dr. Joy was fantastic. She went over everything that she was going to do and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. Thank you to everyone that cared and looked after me.

Ive been a patient of DR Kim for many years. This telehealth visit was exactly as thorough and informative as my previous visits. It was extremely easy to set up and very efficient. I did not have to travel or wait in the waiting room. I would do it again as warranted. The staff was very thorough and helpful when setting up the appointment and in providing explicit instructions on how the visit was to take place.

I have seen Dr. Abernathy for years now and he always has time to answer questions take time for what ever I need and is always very professional. The office staff is always great. It did take awhile to get this last appointment but thats been the first time that has ever happened. It was not an emergency.

Both of my visits have been much appreciated Actually from the moment of arrival through being seen by the doctor they were pleasant and professional Both times I was checked in by the front desk and seen by the doctor very timely

I went to the Columbia office and everyone I worked with there from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors was fantastic. I was having this procedure for the first time they were able to explain the entire procedure thoroughly and put my mind completely at ease.

I am extremely happy with the staff considering my procedure got cancelled due to my elevated high blood pressure. They explained the reason while they also emphasized with me for all the preparation I made to prepare for the cancelled procedure. They were extremely concerned especially the nurse that attended to me. They gave me time to contact my doctor without rushing me out of the prep room. All I can say is I was extremely comfortable and appreciate their genuine concern
