I need to let the nurses know that CVS Pharmacy across Burger King, near McDonald's, are delaying my prescriptions and refuses to talk to my insurance about making corrections on my primary insurance. But all the nurses were busy and hung up on me without telling me they were too busy.

Booked online for an appointment at 11am but still we had to wait for 2.5hrs. Finally ended up checking with CNRP not with doctor

The doctor I saw was via tele health because they were so busy which isn’t the issue. The problem was that when I tried to convey my problem and the longevity of it, the doctor was dismissive of everything. Then she recommended over the counter items like Afrin after I explained to her that I had experience severe rebound congestion and couldn’t take any type of nasal spray. She just disregarded everything and tried to say I wasn’t using it “correctly” and that it was a side affect that can be dealt with as long as I could breath. She was dismissive, disregarded my symptoms and downplayed my pain and discomfort. She rushed me through the call and bc it was tele health she couldn’t even check me to see if I had an actual sinus infection. I specially told the I’m person nurse that if it was an issue I didn’t want to be seen by telehealth she told me she would check and then I got A text to come to a chat room to be seen 5 minutes later. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had here and I purposely go to this one as a black women bc they have great in person doctors (usually POC) who listen and believe me. I don’t want to have to fight to get basic medical care and if this is a new thing I will not be going back.
