I absolutely LOVE Dr. Michelle Martin-Jones!!!! She has been My Primary Care Doctor for more than 20 years!!! She is my Everything!!! She knows and understands her patients’ medical needs and will always diagnose you well!!!! And, if you need a specialist….. she will refer you to the BEST of the BEST!!!! I pray that I will always keep her as my Doctor!!!! She is a very gifted doctor!!!!! Thank you Dr. Michelle Martin-Jones!!!!
It is always 40 min- 1h wait even when you schedule an appointment. Stuff often forgets to put you on schedule and fulfill prescriptions. It is always some issue or screw-up on their end. I do not recommend these plays. It just terrible
I have been to Dr. Jones 3 times. Each time I've waited over an hour after my scheduled visit, to be seen. Today, I am sitting in the office for my 9am appointment. This woman walks in at 9:30 am! There are two other patients that came in and was sent to the back before me, so I ask about my appointment for 9am. I'm then told I was down for 9:40... Are you kidding me?!?!!! I have to take time off work to come here, so I'm not going to just come & sit in your office for the fun of it! I told the receptionist Kia (whom is really nice, but very over worked) that I will simply find a new doctor! I will not continue to pay someone that doesn't value my time! Especially when you're making me come in just to take my blood pressure to ensure there are no side effects from medicine! I could tell you that over a telehealth visit!
I have been a patient of Dr. Martin-Jones for over 10 years. I love her honesty and professionalism. She is a caring and personable Dr. with excellent bedside manners. Thank you, Dr. Jones for all that you do and the care that you have provided.
Years I have suffered w/ my BP, In 3 1/2 months Madam MD brought it down! She is the type of Dr I like. She’s matter of fact. She’s not my mother, cousin, girlfriend or sister, she’s my Dr! Her job is to get and keep me well. It’s not her job to keke with me that’s my friend’s job. I chose Dr Martin-Jones because I was looking for a Black Woman Doctor, with a certain amount of experience, who believes in health & beauty. I need facts not feelings & I needed this type of woman Dr because I knew her concern for me would be different. I went with a positive outlook & with intention. I needed her as doctor more than she needed me as a patient. Advice to New Patients: Be clear about the kind of Dr you want & why. Your Dr isnt supposed to be your friend, just friendly. They have a job in this relationship and so do you. Have honest conversations with them so they can give you the best care and treat you properly. Thank you Dr Martin-Jones

Did not feel this doctor cared about me as a patient at all. Does not follow up on matters that are important. First and last visit, would never recommend.
The people at the front desk are a reflection of your business. Its the first face we see before ever seeing the doctor. The woman at the front desk has a HORRIBLE attitude. I was a new patient. Over the phone when I made the appointment I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she was having a bad day. Heard it again when I confirmed my appointment but ignored it. I arrived at the appointment and there the attitude was again. She was short and rude and unprofessional. She wasnt the least bit friendly. I had waited a week for this appointment so I wasn’t going to let that deter me at this point. After being asked for my insurance info, she told me I had to update the doctor to reflect Dr Michele Martin Jones as my PCP on my Insurance so I called and they did. The practice group name apparently wouldn’t update in the system, only the physicians name so because of that she told me to reschedule my appointment. I spent an hour in the office filling out papers and talking on the phone with the insurance. I let the receptionist talk to the insurance provider to see if they could find a solution without me being in the middle. A clerical issue should not dictate a patient being seen for a medical issue- that’s immoral! I’m so disappointed by this experience.
Dr. Martin-Jones always makes me feel the most comfortable and goes above and beyond to get me the best treatment. Her kind words and years of experience makes me only want to go to her for my OBGYN and primary doctor needs. Thank you for caring for your patients!
She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She made me feel comfortable about the procedure I was considering and she even made me laugh.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
