I was crying in pain and Dr. Robinson told me that I had a "drug seeking behaviour"! With the help of a free clinic that did the proper tests, I was diagnosed with several Autoimmune diseases.

While i’ll admit that wait times are sometimes prolonged, the care I receive from Dr. Robinson more than makes up for it. She takes her time with each patient, listens and partners with me in my health care and as a healthcare provider I appreciate that.

your office staff is the most inconsiderate and ignorant group of people I have ever had to deal with. I have sent letter to your office manager with my complaints, and im sure it did not get to the proper people. Now once again, trying to get a refill for a common prescription if like pulling teeth. I have been an RN for 40 years and have never dealt with a more inefficient group of people since Emily Savage went on maternity leave. to take over 10 days to get a prescription refill and get no return calls about why it has not been refilled is the worst service I have ever gotten before. Good luck dealing with this group as they are beyond customer efficient or even close.
