Just go to the ER. This place is terrible. Also don't make an appointment online. You will have to give them all the same info again anyway. They shoved forms in my face mumbled directions at me as soon as I walked through the door. I went in for a broken toe. They did an x ray and said there were 3 fractures and because of a popped blood blister they said it was considered an "open" fracture and I could have compartment syndrome so they could not treat it and said I had to go to ER. After 5 hours in ER everything they said was completely FALSE. I had only one small fracture, and not even close to compartment syndrome. And of course the popped blood blister did NOT qualify it as and "open" fracture by ANY medical definition I could find including the ER. So basically they were just trying to get rid of me. So I wasted 5 hours of my life and God only know how much that ER visit that I did NOT need will cost me. It's a shame MedStar has a monopoly over healthcare in southern Maryland because their medical care is horrible and is nothing but a money racket.

Even though both me and my nearly beloved were wracked with spasms of severe coughing, these ladies were compassionate, caring, and reassuring that we were in good hands.

The wait is really the biggest downfall to this location. I would expect an hour wait if I had walked-in but I had a scheduled appointment with only two other names ahead of mine upon arrival. Perhaps they are short staffed and could use more resources allocated to their office? The staff are friendly. The providers take their time and are caring.

Had a great experience with a PA who introduced himself as Chris. Very personable and engaging. Still wouldn't give be antibiotics, but very nicely explained the need to wait to see rather than over-treat a regular old virus-based cold. I think his last name is Magee.

Clean facility and attentive staff. If you make an appointment, wait times are reasonable. So grateful to Charlotte Hall Urgent Care for the care they provide!

My visit was good. It was my first visit to an Urgent Care, and like going into something new(medical care)you fill out paperwork. Overall, the staff was professional,and respectful.
