List of Natasha Johnson's Reviews
I have been seeing Dr. Johnson for several months. I find her very professional, caring & attentive. She listens to my concerns & takes good care of me & addresses all issues.
Beware, this office is horrible. The Dr and staff is so rude and unprofessional. Messages fall through the cracks , the process of call backs and scheduling is so poor even when very sick.
Dr. Johnson is very caring and takes time with her patients. She listens and acts accordingly ordering any tests necessary. She is very warm and sensitive to your needs. She does not waste time in solving your problems and taking appropriate action. Her overall demeanor is a doctor that truly helps her patients. Doctors like her are hard to find now days.
Dismissive and rude to my daughter’s questions as well as mine and my husbands concerns. That being said, the other physicians at the clinic are the same and at least Dr. Johnson is the most competent among them.
You have to beg for medical treatment. Went to her with a 3 day migraine, she gave me nothing. Went to her with no appetite, she gave me nothing. Every time I go to her she doesn’t help. Worst doctor I ever had. You shouldn’t have to beg for medical care. My entire family saw Dr. Kramer. Now that she retired and Dr Johnson took her place all 22 of us have left that practice.
Was great when I saw her all of 2019. Then she started getting very short and dismissive. When you mention having a real problem with anxiety she doesn't engage. Complained about a painful spot on my back and she never addressed it once. The negative vibe was so thick it was like cutting through cold butter.
Rude, in a Rush, Does not value patient concerns: Dr. Johnson sends generic letters regarding blood work and is very rude if you want to talk with her regarding the results. She asked in an irritable tone, "Did you not read the letter?" before I even was able to ask a question. You mean the letter that said my results are because I am aging with medical problems? Oh.. that letter e She acts as if her time is being wasted and does not hear or listen to patient concerns. She stated my low blood results were due to my "medical problems". I do not have medical problems. She raised more concern and did not explain the results. She was snarky and irritable when she finally called (after 3 messages and 4 days later). Find a doctor who CARES about the health of their patients.
Dr. Johnson sends generic letters regarding blood work and is very rude if you want to talk with her regarding the results. She asked in an irritable tone, "Did you not read the letter?" before I even was able to ask a question or get a word out. You mean the letter that said my low blood results are because I am aging with medical problems and that I need to be monitored? Oh.. that letter? I am in my 20s and do not have "medical problems" to my knowledge. When I told her she said "Well you must be on some medication." Huh? She acts as if her time is being wasted and does not hear or listen to patient concerns. She almost seemed disgusted that I was wasting her time calling her with medical concerns/questions. She stated she did not have time to call everyone with low blood work. Well maybe you should read your letter before sending out generic templates or look at my chart maybe? My 60 your old parents received the SAME letter. She stated my low blood results were due to my "medical problems". I do not have medical problems. She raised more concern and did not explain the results. She was snarky and irritable when she finally called (after 3 messages and 4 days later). I have been going to her for several years, and she was not treating me. I have issues now that could have been helped and/or controlled, but got out of hand because she neglected to put me on medications. Too many things to list here. She should not be practicing in my opinion, and I feel I have a better future, healthwise, since going to a new doctor who is actually helping me! She has a great bed-side manner but her "experience" and "judgement" is severely lacking. I could have had a stroke or heart attack these past two years, while being "treated" by her. She did not medicate my high blood pressure, just one of my many issues with her.
Very thorough, friendly, and professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
