Went to get blood drawn , friendly staff , filled papers out, went back , got blood drawn , no hurt , out the door fast. Received results online that night

Staff is courteous and friendly.

I would give zero stars if possible. Please just go to a real reputable hospital even if it's a farther drive. I went to the ER due to severe headache, neck stiffness, and high fever. After 3 hours I was given Tylenol and discharged with "headache". The next day I went to Chester County Hospital in PA, where I was admitted and spent 10 days due to bacterial meningitis. Chestertown said I had a headache.....Chestertown Hospital is negligent and I wouldn't trust doctors there to give me a bandaid. Disgusting how terrible it is. I would give zero stars if possible. Honestly just go somewhere else i almost died because these people don’t know how to look at bloodwork apparently, my platelets were down to 36(dangerously low) and they still sent me home after that I was admitted Into university of Maryland in Baltimore because they went down to 6, I was 2 days away from dying then the other day I went to this hospital twice they did my scans and everything and found “nothing” I go to another hospital cause I’m still in severe pain and they tell me what the problem is and ask me why chestertown hospital didn’t tell me the problem because it was on their scan like do the doctors not know how to read scans or something? Not to mention they stuck me 6 times for an iv and I’ve been told by many nurses that I have great veins. I waited 5 hrs in the waiting room with my 2 kids & it was us & 1 other person there........ Finally we get called back & the NP says have u been swabbed yet? ummmm no for what? Covid flue n rsv I said we're not getting tested for Covid she said it's all in one I said it's funny how everything is Covid now she said bc it is.... I said & you have a license to teach medicine, everything is NOT Covid ppl can just have the common cold she said no everything is Covid!!!!! I said the main thing in a Covid test is the main ingredients rat poison she said no I'm just doing the cotton swab I said what do u think is on that she said so bc of that ur really not gonna test ur kids?!?!?! Did u jus really tell me to give my kids rat poison!!!!!! I said Ur really pissing me off now bc I sat in the waiting room for 5 hours to see a dr that should have her credentials revoked!!!!!!!! Bc my kids have a runny nose it's Covid foh u wack job!!!! Needless to say she didn't check us or prescribe us anything all bc we wouldn't take the Covid test!!!!!! Worst experience EVER!!!!! This is the first time me or my kids have been sick since this whole Covid thing started & I've worked the whole entire time (with no mask)....... These Dr's & or NP try to push the Covid testing bc they get a kick back for everyone they do and doctors actually told me that!!! Don't fall for the bs

The doctor and nurses were great. With that being said. There always understaffed and it took 3 hours to even be seen.

I went in today 8/12/21 I was seen within 10 minutes of checking in I was evaluated and treated and was sent home in under 2 hours I was r Treated with the utmost respect and care and the issue I went in with I am feeling so much better! I give it a genuine 3, i am a child per say and i had a nurse give me a massive lecture about how its my fault or like i purposefully fell, i dont get it in truth but whenever i am sick no gaurdian or parent cares to take me in as now i hurt my pinky and i have been wanting to throw up and im naussious would give a 5 if i hadnt been lectured.
