The worst experience EVER . I waited 2 months before seeing him only to wait nearly an before laying eyes on him. A very RUDE Resident a Dr. Scott took a report from me and misrepresented everything to Moshell. He came to tell me about using cover makeup, that his photo sensitivity machine was broken, and that he had no idea why I was sensitive to florescent lighting and at times sunrays. This Dr. Scott and Dr. Moshell didn’t care and didn’t try to understand. He finally decided after my probing that perhaps this condition could be related to an auto immune condition and preferred testing. This Dr. Scott was HORRIBLE..she told me to put Vaseline on a rash on my hand, walked out of the room without saying goodbye, further instructions or anything. I couldn’t believe that another human would treat me this way especially a so call doctor. She mumbles her words and presents herself as someone above you, the patient. I m reporting this experience to everyone organization that needs

Dr. Moshell stated that my hand dryness (palms) was due to friction with my keyboard and other objects. This is absolutely bogus because I have been using a keyboard for 30 years and not every keyboard user comes down with hand dryness. Dr. Moshell is incompetent.

I waited for him, cloths changed and everything, for a LONG time and still he never showed up. I later learned that he has done the same thing to numerous other patients. Most extremely disrespectful. AVOID this man at all costs. He does not respect his patients at all.

I have never been to Dr. Moshell's office in Bethesda (at least 6 times) without waiting for an hour or more after the appointment time to actually see him, and when he did appear, he seemed rushed and detached.

I expected the worse after reading other reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. I saw Dr. Moshell on 4 different days at the Washington Hospital Center. On all 4 occasions, my time in the waiting room was minimal. Dr. Moshell was both pleasant and thorough. He spent sufficient time with me, and I did not feel rushed during any of my appointments. His staff, however, was somewhat rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.

Kept me waiting 1 hour past my appointment. Then sent in a resident to discuss my case. Finally appeared for approx. 1 minute. Did not examine me and gave a perfunctory diagnosis, referring me to another specialty. An unpleasant man who inspires absolutely no confidence and is pretty rude with it.
