Dr Shah fit me in for an urgent problem on a busy afternoon for eye pain. She was expertly able to diagnose the problem and treated it immediately which provided me with immense relief! I am so grateful for this thoughtful and generous doctor and her wonderful staff!

Dr. Shah is with Eye Doctors of Washington (EDOW). This is a HUGE practice and I felt like I was in a patient factory watching one patient after the other have their eyes dilated every 15 minutes. I came in for a strange eye discoloration and eyelid rash. The intake tech wrote down information that suggested I had an injury (which I didn't) Dr. Shah seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was confused by the fact that she thought I was there for an eye injury (I wasn’t and never said I was) and was thoroughly nonplussed throughout the entire visit. She wasn’t sure what was going on and referred me back to my dr. who referred me to an opthamologist in the first place. It was very clear that she was not going to take any time to research or attempt to figure out what could have caused the eye discoloration because that would go beyond the 10 minutes she has to see any patient. She didn’t even address my eye rash. I will not be returning.

The most incompetent doctor I have ever visited. Not only did she do nothing to ameliorate my conjunctivochalasis, she also prescribed ointment that exacerbated it and upsold me on some $150 omega supplements. Her entire demeanor was dismissive.
