List of Earl Natalie's Reviews
Knowledgeable, kind, patient and compassionate. Thoroughly explains things to her patients. She is the absolute best.
very disorganized office. Waited literally hours for my pre-scheduled appointment. Reservation system not working according to front desk staff. Overcrowding in waiting area with lack of concern for exposure to covid. Directed to incorrect physician. All in all, very poor patient attentiveness and care.
My daughter has been going since she was a baby. She is 9 now. My daughter had a lot of ear infections and her pediatrician suggested tunes. Dr Earl said that we should wait a little longer. After my daughter turned 2, the ear infections miraculously disappeared. Im glad I had Dr. Earl to provide an opinion!
I went to see Dr. Earl for a blocked ear. I had a fabulous experience. Her whole staff was so encouraging, compassionate and gentle. I loved Dr. Earl and highly recommend her. She was not only very knowledgeable but also very comforting and compassionate
I had appointment with dr earl today. She came to see me after audiologist was done with treatment. I was feeling awful since I had vertigo in both sides. Dr earl did not even examine me. She just told me that my case is very bad since I had both sides vertigo and I needed to go again for the other one in 5 days. The audiologist came back and said that I had to go in 20 days. It appears that they had no communications. she forgot to write a prescription for me.
Dr. Earl appeared knowledgeable and courteous - with a steady hand.
Dr. Earl is a very knowledgeable, compassionate doctor. I was diagnosed with vertigo. I went through some head manipulation s and she was so kind that she held my hand through the procedure. I highly recommend her and would definitely return. The office staff were also kind
I saw her once for a sinus infection and spoke to her when she was the on call doc after one of my surgeries. Unfortunately, she is not the caliber of the other docs in the practice. She seemed uninterested in my problem and just wanted to rush out as quickly as possible. I have to question her medical knowledge because she told me to take Advil for pain when my surgical instructions clearly said DO NOT take NSAID's two weeks post surgery (septoplasty and turbinate reduction). Definitely not going back to her and hoping she's not on call if I ever need to speak to a doc after hours!
I saw Natalie Earl for a sinus infection back in October. Given the positive reviews I had read about her on Yelp and Vitals (not to mention that I normally prefer female docs and like to support women in medicine) I was disappointed that she didn't live up to her rave reviews. I was pretty sure I had a sinus infection coming into the appointment, so I didn't have a ton of questions. However, I was taken aback by her not introducing herself and seemed very rushed. I doubt she spent more than 3 minutes with me. She seemed nice so maybe I just caught her on an off day?
Horrible! She was one of the most arrogant and difficult people I've ever spoken with. As a patient who received an unexpected bill for something I thought was not even a formal procedure, her whole attitude was simply that it shouldn't have been a surprise and you're lucky your insurance paid the bulk of it. However, I'm still paying the $100+ co-payment. I still can't believe how people can deliberately exercise such lack of empathy when talking to patients. She was CONSISTENTLY choosing to beat around the bush and avoid my primary concern, which was communication about the procedure. When you behave in such a manner, you create such a rift that does none of the people involved any good. A more intelligent person would have practiced better reasoning and taken their ego out of the question. What a difficult, arrogant individual.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
