Dr. Barr provided medical oncology for me in conjunction with my surgical oncologist. From our first meeting, Dr. Barr was forthright, no candy coating, but very positive. His team is efficient, caring and has a mystical way of keeping track of all of everything that's going on. As treatment progressed, Dr. Barr took the time to get to know me and my lifestyle. This was invaluable when frontline treatment ended and we needed to discuss next steps.

Dr Barr is absolutely the best doctor there is. He is incredibly knowledgeable yet humble and treats his patients with respect and so much care. I am thankful he is in my life.

Dr. Barr takes time with patients. He makes calls to other doctors to set up appointments for his patients. Going through cancer is awful, Dr. Barr is very supportive.

Dr. Barr is a magician!. He turned back the clock for me in a few hours. The best part was that I was totally awake and had no problems from anesthesia. On a Monday morning I had a regular breakfast and arrived at the office around 8 AM. Within a few minutes I was given the local shots and had the first half done; then a short bathroom break and then the other side. I was eating a snack and feeling great -especially when I looked in the mirror. Even though I was still swollen I could tell how much better I would look. By 1:30 in the afternoon I was home. On the Saturday of that week I went out to dinner with friends who were amazed at how fabulous I looked. I highly recommend Dr. Barr as a wonderful plastic surgeon and especially to use his "Awake Lift." in addition his taff are fabulous!!

After 8 years of going to see Dr. Barr as a primary care doctor, I called this week and was told he no longer sees primary care patients. I was not informed of this in any way, and am really irritated of the complete lack of courtesy to a long standing patient such as myself.

Dr Barr is great - he spends time with you, carefully explains the tests and exams needed, and really just does a great job of making you feel cared for. However, I had to call back half a dozen times to get test results, which is extremely frustrating! No one wants to have to stress over genetic test results! Overall I would absolutely still use this office for my cardiology needs, I just hope they get things straight for returning results!

Dr. Barr is my husband's doctor. He is outstanding. He studied the most recent new medical treatments. He is a very intelligent doctor. He discuss the different treatments with you. The treatments that he suggested are the state of art treatments.
