Dr. Marcus attended to me after I was hospitalized with serious heart problems that affected the performance of my kidneys. He was most informative, answered all questions and described the need for and process of dialysis. I now see him at the dialysis clinic and he has been very attentive and helpful in getting me to cope with my condition. He is easy to talk to, sympathetic and very patient oriented, and I feel I could not be in better hands. I am delighted to recommend him very highly

It is rare to find a doctor with this much expertise and heart. He has led my family on each leg of my father's kidney disease. He is open to questions, eager for feedback and up to date on all new research. We would recommend him to anyone seeking kidney treatment.

Dr. Marcus is a truly knowledgeable and compassionate physician. I have been both surprised and frightened by my kidney diagnosis. But Dr. Marcus has been with me every step of the way. He is very responsive and has taken the time to study and read about the rare instances of my condition. When I feel sad and worried about my problem I often finish my thoughts saying "at least I have the best nephrologist I could hope for" The staff is also very caring, compassionate and responsive, which I appreciate greatly.

Dr. Marcus is the best Nephrologist you will ever find. I can say the same for the other doctors at this practice because I've seen many of them as well, past and present. He is patient, smart, up to date on the newest innovations and drugs, and willing to listen and work with the patient toward the best solution for their individual needs. Dr. Thompson hand picked him to take over for her, God rest her soul, she was the best before him.

Dr. Marcus is a best-in-class nephrologist who first diagnosed my kidney disease, and guided me from diagnosis to dialysis to transplant. There are very few nephrologists who keep current on trending studies and medications that may be a better fit for patients. Dr. Marcus is one of those physicians. Though I first saw him more then seven years ago, he was kind enough to see me as an add-on appointment the same day knowing the emergency I had based on my blood tests. He has a very calming and caring bedside manner which shows in his mannerisms and which translate to his front desk staff as well. I recommend Dr. Marcus highly for any and all your nephrology needs.
