WHY CANT I GIVE ZERO STARS???? Went in for a SIMPLE THROAT CULTURE. How can you mess that up??????? I called them because it had been two weeks (complete negligence) and he told me it would only take 3 days.... Apparently ordered the wrong test and then lied to me that Labcorp tested for the wrong thing (as if I cant access Labcorp online myself). Asked me to come back for another office visit so they could reswab. I would do so if I wanted to waste my time but you can literally get a throat culture anywhere. If I had some active throat infection I'd probably be in the ER anyway after 2 weeks. AWFUL. DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY.

stay away rushed doctor appt, which didn't help and they charged a lot. no letting patients know beforehand what procedure might cost, and whether it's covered. doctor didn't help me find my issue, and didn't appear interested in helping me generally.

I had a very good experience with my checkup. Dr. Shen took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me a thorough examination. The person who did the hearing test also was courteous and thorough. The medical record management system is impressive.

I called to make an appointment over the phone, lady who answered the phone took my name at least 2 times before he placed me on hold for several minutes, came back to line to ask me for my name again and called dropped for some reason. I don't think I want to go there as a first patient.

Awful customer service. I have been a patient there for years and they are trying to charge me for a no show appointment even though I cancelled. The office is currently using a system using a text to confirm or cancel the appointment. I was about to call when I got the text. I went ahead and cancelled the appointment and i got a reply back saying it was cancelled. It wasn't. Then when I finally got a hold of someone over the phone after the office started calling me because I "didn't show", the lady told me she took care of it. I just got a bill for a now show appointment. The statement date posted about 6-7 days after I talked to them and they told me it was fine and they had removed the no show. Now it's impossible to get in touch with them. I am supposed to be coming back for another appointment, but I am looking for a new doctor. Why use a text feature to confirm or cancel appointments if it doesn't work. Such a rip off.

Dr Schoenfeld is great!

Front desk staff, specifically was horrible to deal with. We had an appointment scheduled and were there in time for our appointment, he insisted we didn’t have anything in his system and blamed us for the mistake. We had received. Confirmation email and a phone call, but he still insisted my 87 year old mother in law was mistaken. He upset her so much that she began to cry. He should not be behind a reception desk any where or any time. My mother in law will not go back.

The best surgeon I could have ever asked for on my tonsillectomy. Truly a knowledgeable expert who takes his job very seriously while still maintaining good bedside manner. Highly recommend.

Dr. Schwartz is professional and. polite. He appears to be methodical in his approach in treating his patoents. He does not rush in answering questions and tries to explain answers in layman's understanding. He is responsive when asked for return calls. His assistant is very helpful and courteous.
