Dr. Jackson is a fantastic physician. She is personable and attentive. Her office staff are exceptional, too. I especially appreciate that they call me to relay the results of tests, even if it's to say that everything is normal. That level of service and care are important to me.

I truly can't understand the one star reviews. I've been going to this practice for more than 15 years, but have had Dr. Jackson as my physician for the past 5 years. I love, love, love her! She helped me through a difficult personal period, and each time I see her, she is attentive and focused just on me and my needs. Wish all my docs could be like her.

I had an extremely bad experience with this doctor who was on call during my medical emergency. She was impatient, obviously annoyed at having been awakened, and gave me poor medical advice about a condition she obviously did not well understand. She also refused to give me any information regarding my own physician's availability or which hospital er I should go to.

I was about at my wit's end with the Falls Church location. The receptionists are ALWAYS gossiping and they fail to check you in on time, even you arrive 30 minutes early. EVERY single time I went for any procedure, I had to wait about 30 to 40 minutes. It was extremely frustrating. However, I had some scares and I couldn't just switch doctors until I figured out what was going on with me. I switched to Dr. Jackson to have a procedure done and realized very quickly that she was the best doctor there. She was on time, didn't make me wait, and explained the full procedure to me. In addition, whenever she called me with my results, she was very understanding and thoughtful in her explanation of treatment. Even after I had questions, her assistant was so incredibly helpful in getting my questions answered. I was going to leave this practice, but as long as I stick with her, I think I'll be fine.
