List of Medstar Health Urgent Care At Chevy Chase's Reviews
The staff is very sweet. For urgent care, it has been one of the best ones I've been to. The place is very clean and they have comfortable chairs.
very good experience - very clean and nice people working there. The doctor was very thorough as well
My experience was great! I was helped in a timely manner and I got what I needed to help me get better.
Excellent care by all there!
What a service to the community! It was a lifesaver as I needed medical assistance while traveling the wait times weren’t long for a walk-in!
Dedicated staff who were very helpful after I broke my foot. Were apologetic about the wait and gave me proper amount of time and answered all my questions.
Efficient process and friendly & knowledgeable staff; you can book online versus walk-in to save time
Excellent, highly professional service.
The medical staff were all courteous and professional, and I was satisfied with the service provided.
I did not feel confident that I received appropriate care. I made an appointment for a muscle strain. When the PA walked in, he said, “so you’re here for rectal bleeding?” Um, no. They put the wrong patient history in my chart. Then I proceeded to explained where my pain was and what happened. The PA then examined the wrong hip. I thought at first maybe he was doing a comparative exam, but then he walked away. At this point, I felt so uncomfortable I just let it go. To top it all off, my discharge instructions said I was a 20 year old patient with a two week history of vaginal discharge. I’m sure that this young women who happened to be in the waiting room with me earlier, would not appreciate having her sensitive medical information on my discharge report. What a disaster!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
