I have been to see Dr. Mesick twice before the pandemic. However my sinus issues continue to be a problem. I tried to make an appointment through his office’s Phreesia system. What a ridiculous waste of time. It requires security code that it never sends. Then I try to call for an appointment and sit on hold for 15 minutes before the system just arbitrarily disconnected me. I left a message for his office manager - Karen - and left a message, and sent the doctor an email. Neither could be bothered to respond. I’ll get better care (or any care for that matter) elsewhere.

Didn't take more than a minute to listen to listen to symptoms, was very dismissive. It's this mentality and practice of diagnosis from the patient medical form and the nurse's quick judgment that leaves patients dismissed with chronic conditions. Can't recommend.

The doctor was seemed like he was in a huge rush to get out the door. He did a quick exam of my sinuses and told me to schedule an allergy test. He did not think to ask me if I had previously been tested (I have) and did not stay in the room long enough for me to explain that. Was disinterested and dismissive when I tried to describe my difficulty sleeping. I would not revisit this office.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The doctor was cordial and professional, introducing himself right away as I was a new patient. He was able to diagnose my condition and prescribe medications to heal the problem, assuring me that I should contact him should there be any additional questions or problems. I have since recommended him to a friend.

Had a horrible experience with Dr. Mesick's office. His staff accidentally cancelled my appointment that I had made weeks prior (even though I called to confirm the day before), and he was unable to see me. I will be switching doctors.

I've been seeing Dr. Mesick for many years now and regularly see him 2-3 times a year. I have always found him to be funny, caring, warm and a great doctor. He takes the time to sit and listen and works with me on solutions for my sinus problems. I've never had an issue with the office and have actually found them to be very helpful.
