Ok... I met with Dr. Kiguchi one time - and from the moment she stepped into the room I could tell I was in good hands. Her ability to explain complex health conditions, determine next steps, placed me at ease - and how she explained all the options to my condition was remarkable. This type of doctor is very hard to find these days. She is a professional first, but never let's go of the human factor of caring.

The Doctor was running late so saw me almost an hour after my scheduled time. She was quite surprised and upset with me since the lymph massage she recommended did not prove satisfactory despite the therapist sending updates and did not appear to listen to my explanation. She spent no longer than 10 minutes with me and left me I tears. I was very concerned. I told the nurse I worked full time and asked that calls to me take place after 1540. As I was being wheeled to the garage someone called to schedule a San of my leg; it was very noisy in the hospital corridor which I explained and asked to be contacted at another time. My first visit with Dr Kiguchi about six months ago had been very pleasant and encouraging so I was very upset with thisxexperience
