List of National Spine & Pain Centers Chevy Chase's Reviews
I had had excellent results from PRP treatment at Stem Arts Chevy Chase for now all four of my major joints-knees and hips- Dr Newton is an excellent orthopedic interventionist.
I had a wonderful experience, from the time I walked in, to the staff helping me get checked in, to the PA, and then the Doctor, everyone was kind, compassionate, helpful, and most importantly, thorough in their evaluation and recommendations of my issue.
Honestly, as professionals, you guys suck , I paid 8 thousand dollars for a hair implant and the results were never seen, I went back because supposedly you guys would resume the procedure again and when I was at the place , they told me that I would have to pay more money when the amount of 8 thousand dollars that I had already paid , was wrong. You guys badly failed to comply with a contract that you made sign, in which if it did not work they would do the procedure again and it was not like that. The clinic is completely not good, I don’t recommend it at all.
Dr. Newton was helpful in providing additional insight into my hip condition following my MRI. He suggested some options that could help with the pain. He is a caring doctor with a great personality and the office staff is very pleasant.
This place is so wonderful I cannot suggest it enough. Dr Newton took a lot of time to go over exactly what was wrong and then went through every option available to me before surgery, which made me very comfortable. When I have had procedures there, both Dr Newton and his nursing staff have had excellent bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable. The support staff at the front desk is also incredibly nice and helpful, and I have never waited more than 10-15 minutes to see the doctor, although usually its less than 5 minutes from my appointment time to actually seeing Dr Newton. I cannot recommend this practice enough if you are experiencing back pain, mine is now almost non existant and no surgery was needed!
10 out of !0 experience so far. The staff, nurse, and doctor could not be more genuine, informative, hospitable, accommodating, and empathetic
The National Spine and Pain Center in Chevy Chase, Maryland is outstanding in every way. Dr. Jacobs is clearly the best as is his assistant Dani. "Hats off" to the both of them.
Totally professional, everything went fine.
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor and the assistant I saw actually listened to me about what was going on. An overall wonderful experience so far. I would definitely recommend this office. The only downside is they don't validate parking.
My husband is in terrible pain. We were sent away to await authorization for injections. No one seemed to understand nor be compassionate of the pain he was in.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
