Philip Schoenfeld's Online Review Report Card

This guy is a fraudulent, uneducated nincompoop. He was disrespectful to me by not listening and downplaying my issues. He gave me an incorrect diagnosis. He was more interested in my sweater's logo. To make things worse, he yelled at his staff in front of me. He provided no help. Then he charged my insurance hundreds of dollars. At best I should only pay co-pay. What a waste of oxygen. The Feldman ENT group has much, much better doctors than this thing. They would be better off kicking him out and upholding their reputation.

I chose Dr. Schoenfeld because he had office hours that met before work hours. I arrived on time at my appointment. I proceeded to fill out his extensive paperwork and paid my copay. As I went to hand in my documents, they told me that the doctor was called away and it would be an additional hour wait before he could see me (one imagines, at least an hour). No other doctors were available to cover for his immense lateness. I left to find another doctor who can provide a better standard of patient service. Dr. Schoenfeld's staff had time to call, email, and text me repeatedly to make sure I was on time for my appointment. And I was. I wish that he was as protective of his patients' time as he as he is with his own.

Dr. Schoenfeld is miracle worker! I cannot stress enough what he has done for me. I am indebted to him for giving me my life back. I could not breathe through my nose at all for over a year and as a result, could not exercise or sleep through the night. He assured me that immediately after my surgery I would be able to breathe, and that is exactly what happened! Since my surgery I have had the best sleep, and I wake up feeling refreshed. For anyone suffering (because I did) there is hope and Dr. Schoenfeld is there to do it!

Thinking about rhinoplasty in the DMV area and don't know who to go to? Look no further than Dr. Phil Schoenfeld. He fixed my son's botched first surgery and now my son looks and feels amazing and can actually breathe! Lissette (office manager) is very attentive and always responsive to all of our emails and questions. I give 10 out of 5 stars!

Dr. Schoenfeld is by far, the most skilled facial plastic surgeon in the DMV especially skilled in RHINOPLASTY. He repaired my son's botched first 2 Rhinoplasty's and chin augmentation and deviated septum and now my son has the ability to breathe and his nose and chin look amazing! My son calls him the "NOSE WIZARD!"

I was referred to Schoenfeld for a fracture in my cheek from basketball. My face was numb, which was scary, but my cheek looked fine. After speaking for what seemed like less than 15 minutes (mostly about sports) he called in his assistant to schedule surgery for me the very next morning. I later called his assistant, Lissette, to tell her I was having doubts about surgery, and wanted a 2nd opinion. I asked her if she could refer me to another physician. She said “We don’t do that.” I then got an unexpected phone call from Shoenfeld himself. He told me, "I kind of am the 2nd opinion in this town". He went on about how how qualified he is. Shoenfeld told me if I didn't have surgery "you're gonna look weird". He used fear & manipulation to prevent me from getting a 2nd opinion. Now after surgery I look far worse. My eyes and cheeks are now different sizes. I wish I found this site earlier. Clearly I’m not the only one he’s harmed. Please save yourself the regret and stay away.

For the past 6 to 8 weeks, my left ear feels and sounds like there is water sloshing around in it, and this condition is not improving. This interferes with my playing when it occurs during a performance, and I do a lot of performing this time of year. First he ruined my wife’s nose and then couldnt remove the lines between her brows. After paying so much money, all we are left is regret.
