Today, I came in for an exam, and once again, the way Dr. Kodroff's assistant treated me was a bit off. I tried to address it with Dr. Kodroff, and she seemed defensive. When a physician can dismiss your concerns rudely, it does not make you want to refer them to anyone. I keep trying to shake off the uneasy feeling for the past three visits. I also was not asked to provide lab results from my allergy specialist after an ER visit. It is clear to me now that she may not be suitable for everyone. The lesson learned is to choose a physician who listens to your concerns and who ensures their staff does not treat patients in that way.

I really enjoy all the ladies in the office. Everyone is so friendly and nice, I never have to wait long and Dr Kodroff is great at filling my prescriptions right away when I use the Healow app. I have already referred a friend here and would again!

I love Dr K but how the front office is ran is infuriating. I've rarely had a good experience with the front desk staff. Hold times if I have to call are 30+ min & good luck if they come back after putting you on hold again. Today I need a print off of a test I had last week, results aren't in my portal so I emailed but I got a response that the test looked good....cool but I need the results printed. When I make an appointment on their portal theres no where to put what I need. Last appointment I had I needed to give a urine sample and they made me a Tele appointment. In the past I have had the staff get nasty with me because she wouldn't let me tell her what I needed. So I let her spew on but after she was done I once again told her I needed he number for the specialist like I had originally asked for. I don't know if the front office or whomever owns the practice but I'm currently looking for another PCP because of the front desk. The 2 stars are not a reflection of the nurses or Dr K

She has excellent listening skills and engages the patient. She has a very good support team. Which makes everything regarding a Dr.'s visit much easier.

I’ve had Dr. Kodroff as my physician for about 18 months and she’s been great. From physicals to sick visits to checking what shots I need when traveling abroad she has given me excellent care. I really appreciate the time she takes so I feel comfortable with her and can ask questions. I’ve recommended her to my girlfriend and a friend and they both love her too! Her location is very convenient and the office staff has always been helpful and friendly.

It is virtually impossible to speak to the dr. about medical issues as the scheduling line outs the calls through to a separate number and the whole process starts over again. This is the most dysfunctional office I have encountered. This is a shame because sr. Kodroff is excellent.
