Went to see Dr. Schoenfeld for pain in my ears that started when I began using new hearing aids. He didn't seem very interested from the get go. His first question was about where I'd gotten the hearing aids. When he heard that they weren't from his office --I'd bought them OTC from a top rated company-- he became even more dismissive. Looked in my ears and said they were fine and he couldn't tell me anything about why they hurt or what to do about it. When I tried to ask other questions he had curt non-answers. I swear he had me out of his office in 3 minutes.

Underwhelmed with the attitude here. We had been to the urgent care in the same building and they referred us to the Feldman group because my spouse was having severe nosebleeds which would not stop. Urgent care dr said it needed to be cauterized by an otolaryngologist. The Feldman staffer disappeared momentarily and then came back saying all the doctors were going to lunch and none of the other offices had any openings (she didn't check, just straight away said no). Great, thanks, we'll just bleed out right here. Luckily were able to get a same-day appointment with Dr. McNamara in Spring Valley. Hope no one ever has any dire needs here, the staff will just send you away like this is a third-world hospital. (Yes, we know about going to an ER... this was not life-threatening but very uncomfortable and distressing.)

I recently went to Dr.Schoenfeld for a tonsillectomy, I'm in my 50's and Tonsills were so infected I was sick frequently. He immediately made me feel at ease both before and just prior to the surgery. He has a warm and friendly bedside manner and took the time to answer all my questions. I'm almost 4 weeks post surgery and had zero complications and am healing well and am feeling great. Bonus that he's double board certified as a plastic surgeon. Had my eyes and forehead done too at the same time and am so pleased with the results. Friendly staff and easy booking process. I was most impressed with their ability to answer questions even up to the day before my surgeries. Thank you so much Dr. Schoenfeld!

super invaliding, doctors don't listen. Are SO EFFING rude. Dismissive & impatient. How can a doctor treat you if they don't listen

This practice bills for services not rendered. When I called assuming it was a mixup, they had the nerve to double down and say if I didn't pay for said services not rendered, the bill would be subject to collections. Total insurance fraud.

The actual doctors are good, but getting a call back, basic information, a referral, forms sent, or even basic instructions is like pulling teeth. For two visits and a referral I've called them countless times, left countless messages (which are almost never returned), and put at least 3 messages through their portal that went unanswered. If I ever have a serious medical issue, I'd want to see them, but for basic treatment, the frustration just isn't worth it.

WHY CANT I GIVE ZERO STARS???? Went in for a SIMPLE THROAT CULTURE. How can you mess that up??????? I called them because it had been two weeks (complete negligence) and he told me it would only take 3 days.... Apparently ordered the wrong test and then lied to me that Labcorp tested for the wrong thing (as if I cant access Labcorp online myself). Asked me to come back for another office visit so they could reswab. I would do so if I wanted to waste my time but you can literally get a throat culture anywhere. If I had some active throat infection I'd probably be in the ER anyway after 2 weeks. AWFUL. DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY.

They are fantastic. I filled out the pre-registration on my phone so it was super easy. They saw me on the dot at my appointment time - no wait. The office staff is professional and personable, and the doctor's assistants are sensitive and listen. I saw Dr. Mesick - he was professional, direct, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with patience. I have had recurring issues for years that he seems to have isolated and then provided solutions for. I am SO glad I decided to come here and make the switch from a different ENT at another practice.

27 calls and over 14 messages over 3 days. No one answers the call. No one returns the calls.Terrible customer service.

I had a very good experience with my checkup. Dr. Shen took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me a thorough examination. The person who did the hearing test also was courteous and thorough. The medical record management system is impressive.
