Dr. Visha Dinesh is attentive and caring, reminiscent of times past when doctors made bedside house calls.

Dr Dinesh is thoughtful , attentive and compassionate -- the kind of doctor you can talk to comfortably. And the people in her office are also terrific -- it's not one of those big bureaucratic practices where no one takes responsibility for getting things done.

Dr. Dinesh is very thorough, knowledgable and has an excellent bedside manner.

My two most recent experiences with Dr. Dinesh have been extremely disappointing and frustrating, to the point that I have been left with no other choice but to find a new PCP. A couple of examples include: 1) my prescriptions have been on auto renewal for over 10 years and when I inquired as to why they had not been refilled during the pandemic, I learned that Dr. Dinesh was requiring me to schedule a telehealth or in person visit before she would do a refill. After a 1-minute call that was of no value to me and $30 co-pay she refilled my prescriptions; 2) when I recently suffered a back injury and was in constant severe pain, Dr. Dinesh ordered x-rays and physical therapy which I fulfilled. I never received the results of my x-rays and when I called the office I was told Dr. Dinesh would call me back. She never called me back and I then received an email stating that my x-ray results were in the Healow app which of course they were not.

I tried to make an appointment with your scheduling system. However, the individual I spoke to was ignorant about the practices, and everything about the practice. Poor client experience. You should use a higher level scheduling service.

Dr. Dinesh, My first visit was great! Dr. Dinesh is very informative and supportive. I found that she listens well to what ails you and make you feel comfortable in her decision making. I would highly recommend her for so many reasons.

Dr. Dinesh is attentive, thoughtful in diagnostics, and really puts the patient first. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a primary care physician. I have seen her for over four years and could not be more grateful to have found her. I cannot emphasize enough how much Dr. Dinesh does thorough examinations, pays attention to symptoms, and make sure that all proper tests are conducted. She truly is there to make sure that the patient is healthy and doing well

My experience with Dr. Dinesh has been 100% positive, She caught my breast cancer and possibly saved my life, She is an empathetic, warm and caring physician. Her referrals are to the top specialists. The entire staff are gracious and helpful. Virtually all lab work in the office or in the same building. So pleased to have found her. Her partner physician is just as terrific.

Dr. Visha Dinesh kept talking over me and did not listen to my concerns very well. She rushed and just wrote me a prescription for her imaginary diagnosis. I walked out the office dissatisfied so the following day I visited a different doctor who listened and gave me a correct diagnosis. To make matters worst, my blood work was taken by a ghetto lab tech who could not articulate very well and had poor customer service skills. This was surprising since Chevy Chase is known to be an upscale location. Awful experience all around.

***First-time Patient. Worst Experience at Chevy Chase Office*** Tuesday, 10/16/2018: I didn't share the same experience as others. First, I wish there were separate categories to rate individual staff. I'm rating two stars because a pleasant Latina lady named Jaheeda (sp?) was my first point of contact. She delivered great service with a great attitude as she registered my new patient paperwork and took my vitals. Unfortunately, Dr. Dinesh didn't acknowledge my greeting. She was disorganized, behind schedule, and all over the place. I was asked to move into a different treatment room three times before they could finally get it together. I arrived 45 mins early but was seen over 30 mins late. When Dr. Dinesh finally entered the room where I was waiting, she seemed disoriented and unfocused. I was very uncomfortable with the entire check-up. After reading so many good reviews, I hoped to have a good medical experience. Disappointingly, it was the worst side of this physician. I WILL NOT return to her!
