She asked questions I didn’t know where related to my issues. She took her time with me and was on time. Great bed side etiquette and thoroughly explained everything. Wish she was my primary. She’s concerned with the whole person

Dr Constantine is amazing very good dr. The person answering the phone was not got agitated that I called to check on my tele call at my appointment time dr was running late and that’s fine but if no one tells the patient they don’t know. She really didn’t want to deal with anything your at a neurologists office not a routine yearly physical examine people are here because of isssues they don’t need more

Had trouble finding the office because receptionist did not tell me building A or B. Buildings had same room numbers. When i found the correct place, the receptionist at the front desk stopped me as soon as i entered. i was asked why i was there. I stated i had an appoint. and gave the time, and that i was told to come 15 minutes ahead for paperwork. She glanced at the computer and rudely told me they don't tell people that and that they dont let people wait and had no place to put me to wait. It was pouring down raining and my ride had gone. I left in tears wondering where to go. People are there because they are sick in some way or another. I went out in the rain walking and saw my ride had decided to wait a few minutes in case that was still not the right place. After about 30 or more minutes, i went back inside and my pressure had gone to 185/100 because i was so upset. No one like that should be at the front desk to greet patients or be working in a doctor's office where they have any direct contact with the patients. When you have to see a neurologist, or any doctor for that matter, you already have issues and this is the last place you expect to be treated this bad. Doctor and nurse were find. Nurse opologized when she was told what happened, and stated that they do have overflow rooms for people who may be a little early. .

Dr Constantino is a very thorough and caring doctor who actually listens to her patient. She doesn't try to rush through the appointment with you. She even gave me another appointment just so she could explain things to my husband and re-explain things to me. She took the time to make sure my husband and I understood my diagnosis and diagnostic exams. Excellent Neurologist! I highly recommend her.

Dr. Constantino is very professional, thorough and wastes no time with diagnosis. She shows compassion and listens carefully, takes the time to know your medical history and will go to all ends to make sure you are receiving treatment without delay. I feel fortunate to have her on my side.

This doc will leave you mid stream with a serious diagnosis /symptoms. She will only suggest you see someone else because shes afraid to help diagnose do what she vowed to do when she became a doctor. Shes great in the beginning but after the first visit shes MIA. Please dont waste your time visiting her office.

Unfortunately the initial appointments were great, the doctor was thorough in her testing and follow up calls. This of course is in the beginning. It will be challenging to gain an appointment after the first visit. Her office is run by three young ladies. She doesn't "follow" patients but she does just refer them out to others in MedStar. If you have MS or any other neurological concerns she will not fill out paperwork or anything that can possibly assist with FMLA, or documented leave. I was left midstream once a diagnosis was confirmed. I'm now in search of another physician.

Over the past few years I have been struggling with Multiple Sclerosis and finding a GOOD neurologist since my last one retired. My first visit, she was very detailed and listened to me and my complaints. She knew exactly what she was talking about while explaining to me her findings while doing her exam. Off of my first impression compared to other doctors I would definitely recommend her to others with out a doubt. Thank you!
