Always a pleasant experience when l visit Audubon. The staff are friendly and the dentist and hygienist are excellent at making you comfortable.

Got seen next day after making an initial appointment. Staff and techs were welcoming, personable, and efficient. Dr. Lopez came in prepared with a plan of action and answered all the questions I had. I received excellent service and will be back! EDIT: Have been back twice for fillings. Both times were exceedingly pleasant. The procedures were quick and painless. Would recommend this dental office to anyone.

Disappointing Experience at Audubon Dental Center – Poor Service and Unprofessional Management. I regret giving Audubon Dental Center multiple chances after repeated negative experiences. My most recent visit solidified my decision to never return or recommend this clinic. The issues began with the manager, Julie, who consistently came across as rude and inefficient. Her dismissive attitude made interactions uncomfortable, and her lack of urgency in addressing patient concerns was unacceptable. For example, when a crown I received fell off just one week after placement (a problem they explicitly warned me to address immediately), I returned to the office only to be told by Julie that they could “fit me in that day” but suggested I come back (at their convenience) instead. When I requested to speak directly to the dentist, she informed me the doctor was unavailable and that Julie herself would handle it as the manager. This lack of accountability and refusal to prioritize patient care is deeply unprofessional. The crown procedure itself was alarming. The assistant struggled through eight failed attempts before finally seeking help from another colleague. It was clear from the start that the work was subpar, and predictably, the crown failed within days. Despite their assurance that they’d address any issues promptly, the clinic’s response to my emergency was dismissive and unhelpful. This clinic seems more focused on their own convenience than delivering quality care or respecting patients’ time and needs. Between the unprofessional management, inconsistent dental work, and lack of follow-through, I strongly advise seeking services elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and subpar treatment – Audubon Dental Center is not worth the risk.

Nice, clean, & professional...my first visit was great! Very friendly with great customer service. I had some concerns at the beginning of the visit however was pleased with the overall service and staff. I loved the communication and clarity with Dr Lopez . He took his time during the visit to explain everything concerning my treatment plan. I appreciate the entire staff and their patience with me to spite my terrible gag reflux when performing xrays. Audubon Dental of Clinton is absolutely the best and I most honestly would refer to the office and Dr Lopez to my family and friends. I truly was impressed!
