I scheduled an appointment for my mother(a month ago) and provided all her demographics and insurance information to the front desk. Comes to find out today her insurance was not accepted !!! you had an entire month to check her benefits & you rather inform your patient the same day of her appointment that you are not in network. My parent had to travel 2HRS to see this doctor!!!! Unprofessional and whoever I spoke didn't even care.
