He’s a great Dr! He explains everything and he takes his time to educate!

Dr. Hung is an excellent pain management doctor. His staff at Brandywine, rude & condescending!

Dr Chung treated me like a number, didn’t explain anything without being asked and was not personable at all.

Exytremely rude, patronizing and not at all helpful. Prescribed Suboxone for pain relief when it is for opioid cessation or abuse(!). This was with current MRIs, xrays & extensive medical records that were provided.

Dr. Hung is unprofessional and has terrible bedside manners. He had us waiting to see him for over an hour and a half. One would think his delay is related to his level of thoroughness, but as I witnessed he actually rushes his patients out barely answering questions and makes his patients feel as if they are an inconvenience/commodity. Last time my father had procedure with him, his hand turned black and blue. When we called to get in touch with him several times, Dr. Hung he was not responsive. To add to this, his office staff has also been incredibly rude. Last appointment, my fathers blood pressure went high from being upset due to the repetitive bad treatment and we had enough and left!

Sometimes the office itself is disorganized. That is not his fault. That is Medstar. However whatever faults the office may have he is EXCELLENT! I have two herniated discs and extreme arthritis in my spine. With his guidance and techniques I wear heels almost daily, bike, ski and do everything I want to . he works with Dr. Ahmad who is excellent too. he may be a little curt but he is a very skilled practitioner. I'm an NP I know what good care looks like.

Waiting for two and a half hours and still have yet to be seen. I arrived with plenty of time and had my paperwork pre-filled out. This is an unbelievable way to run an office. I will never return.

There seems to be a lack of communication and compassion. He exhibits a very casual level of concern resulting in having to leave his office in chronic pain with no immediate concern or resolution. In addition, my waiting time between waiting room and examining room has averaged 90 minutes for my last three visits.

he practices in a new office building that opened up in July 2016, so the earlier review about a dirty office must have applied to where he used to practice. His current office is in a beautiful, clean location.
