I was called by the doctor's office telling me that I needed a Biopsy. I have anxiety and depression I was worrying so much I was telling my mother my mother said she was going tell her you worry alot. The nurse called my name my mother was going back with me and she said that she couldn't come in I was telling her that she wanted to talk to doctor Kane. Dr. Kane came in my mother was telling her that I have anxiety and depression she said I know because of the medication she take my mother was just letting her know I worry. The doctor started to do the Biopsy and she said she didn't wanted to do it here she said she wanted to do it at the hospital Blair would call me. I was waiting for a call she hadn't call I talk to the Receptionist Phyllis and I called again I spoke to Phyllis again she called Blair. Blair got on the phone she said they didn't have anything for November and they didn't December schedule yet she said she was going to call back. NEVER got appointment.

Dr. Kane is very professional and knowledgeable about patient care. She does her best to answer every question and point you in the right direction. I really appreciate the service from her team and what she brings into the exam room.

My new patient visit and experience was awesome from the moment i walk in the door until the end of the of my appointment. The front desk staff was polite,professional and courteous. Which is a game changer for me because within the past couple of years good friendly customer service is hard to find. Not to mention the office was extremely clean. My visit was with Dr. Elizabeth Kane and there again I was extremely impressed. She was very thorough in her examination of me and not only that she took the time to write down recommendations which to me speaks volumes about a person professionalism,integrity and character. I can go on and on about this office. I don't normally write long reviews but I felt it necessary to write a detailed review because of the outstanding medical treatment and customer service that I received. I Most definitely recommend this doctor and staff without hesitation.

Dr. Kane has been my doctor for some years now. I live about an hour away from her now, but I still come to her office. She always lets me know what’s going on while I’m in the room with her and she listens to my concerns, educating me on things I may have been unaware of. She’s very helpful and a great doctor. Her office staff is also very pleasant.

Dr. Kane was cold, sarcastic and lacked compassion. I have been through quite a bit in the last 3 years as I have had two still born children. Dr. Kane showed no compassion for my experience and actually questioned why I wanted to get pregnant again after my experience. She treated me like a number. She performed an unnecessary pelvic exam when I all I came in for was a consultation. I think she did the unnecessary exam in order to charge my insurance. I would not recommend her at all if you want a compassionate doctor that cares for your personal health and well being.

I have been going to this practice for over 40 years, but this was my first time seeing Dr. Elizabeth Kane. I was seen right on time and my experience with her was wonderful. She took her time to discuss my health and answer my questions. In the past I have always recommended this practice to younger women and women new to this area and I will continue to do so with high praise!

Dr. Elizabeth Kane couldn’t get out the room fast enough. She was literally walking away as I was trying to ask her questions. I came to her because I couldn’t get a clear understanding from another OB/GYN about an issue I was having. Her response to my questions were “I’ve been doing this a long time“. It was already stated on my medical forms that I had anxiety. She should’ve been expecting me to ask multiple questions. It seemed to really irritate her. She was rude. She rushed the exam. She did not try to make me feel at ease at all. Horrible experience.

Dr. Kane is an excellent GYN. She was my GYN from 2012 to 2014 & now (recent office visit on 3/18/22). Her answers to all my health questions eases my concerns. Prescribed meds I needed & lab work scripts & electronically sent diagnostic tests scripts to the radiology. Nurse/assistant did forget to give me the lab culture script. I had to go back to get it. The 1 lady that opens the office door didn’t look happy to see me & told me she’s taking my temperature off my forehead & ordered me to wash my hands. The other lady at the front desk didn’t bother asking me for the pharmacy address/phone where to send/fill my prescription. She wasn’t happy when I provide it to her. It’s been 2 weeks since my pap smear & culture samples were collected by Dr. Kane & no one notified me of the results yet. No one email me the patient portal registration code/link that I requested it 2 weeks ago. No one answers their phone when I tried to contact them several times. 5 stars for Dr. Kane & 0 stars for the employees not fulfilling their necessary office protocols.

I look forward to seeing Dr. Kane on my yearly visits. She is knowledgeable and caring. Always ready to listen to any concern I have and gives good followup advise and recommendations. The front desk staff is very helpful and efficient. I recommend her 100%.
