Es horrible yo con mi mamá llegamos alas 6:00 y estábamos hasta las 12 :00 de la noche sin ningúna llamada de los doctores no les recomiendo ir a ese lugar

Mal servicio de este hospital,comenzando con una reseccionista china,o Filipina pésima por su forma de atender alas personas lleve ami esposa de emergencias con un dolor en el estómago gracias a Dios no fue grave,si uviera sido apendicitis se me muere ahí mismo,porque llegar y esperar 4 horas con el dolor para que te atiendan.luego las enfermeras y doctores mis respetos para ellos son muy amables.

Updated review from my last , 2 female staffers explained to me they were experiencing heavier than normal business and apologize for my less than favorable experience and speaking to managerial staffers so I've since deleted my negative review and would like to say I was lil hungry nd frustrated but feel much better about the situation we all live and learn now hope I get healthy 😁🤣

Don’t even think about going to their ER worst hospital ever. Employees only joke around rather than taking care of their patients. Went there at 1am but was only seen after 6 am, there’s a reason their reviews are so low, I confirm the rating, find another hospital. I am surprised the state didn’t shut them down yet.

I just want to say thank you to all the staff that assisted me the night of 2/21/2023 including the ladies behind the front counter of the ER that helped me get checked in everyone was so kind and committed to get me back on my feet literally I was in bad shape extremely high BP extremely dehydrated couldn't stand for more then a few min everyone made me comfortable and they all showed their dedication I appreciate you all more then you know

This is the worst hospital I have ever experienced. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. My first experience I arrived to the hospital around 9:30 pm and was in the waiting room until the following morning around 6:30/7. There is absolutely no reason why patients who are arriving longer periods of time after me are getting treated before me. It makes no sense whatsoever. I cannot count on my two hands how many times I've heard them say "you're about to go up" , "it's almost your turn" and the same excuse being given is that there isn't any beds that can accomodate me. There is no reason why my friend arrived at this hospital before 10 pm on 2/21/23 and it is now 3 am 2/22/22 ; they have not been treated whatsoever! Blood was drawn two hours in and continuous holding statements were given. Someone that came after is even leaving now before them but we're told "We don't have any beds to accomodate you." .. It's truly baffling to me that this so called "hOsPitAl" , seems to not care about the patients needs. This is an emergency room that treats emergencies as if they are irrelevant. It's like the entire hospital is on one accord to give the worst experience that could possibly be given. It's as if everyone is in on the joke but the patients that need to be treated. It's honestly ridiculous and I would not recommend this hospital to someone who lives down the street and is about to give birth or feel as if they're about to collapse. No, do not go down the street to this useless Medstar bc you'll be in that waiting room giving birth or collapsing, and this is unexaggerated. You are much better off going to a hospital in DC or even an urgent care maybe , patient first. Not MedStar!

I had great experiences having both of my daughters at this hospital in 2014 and 2018. Great nurses and doctors in the maternity ward.

Crystal and all the other ladies in the ER were amazing taking care of my husband in the ER. THANKS!
