NEVER answers the phone, takes days to reply to patient portal. If it was a emergency they wouldn’t even know because they never answer the phone. Thankfully my pregnancy is almost over, I won’t be returning here. They are professional but hard to get in contact with.

My husband and I love Dr. Mazarei, we are forever grateful to her because she was the only one who stood beside us during my fibroid pregnancy with my oldest daughter, whom Dr. Mazarei delivered in 2019 and the staff at the time was so nice and professional. Now I go to this office, besides a few of the staff, it's so unprofessional. It's always one lady in particular who answers the phone like she's uninterested in helping schedule appointments, answer questions, and she does the same face to face as well. Because of this at the beginning of my current pregnancy I didn't get an in office appointment until I was 20 weeks, they caught my gestational diabetes late, she scheduled me for every week after I hit the 32 week mark when its every week after 36 weeks which i am today. My last appointment was May 13th so they had to fit me in the schedule for today and next week, even when she scheduled those appointments she said "you requested the appointment and you dont remember." Today I get told by a doctor that I'm taking up another patients time slot and if I'm late for my scheduled c section that my baby won't be delivered.

Dr Mazarei and her staff is super fantastic thank you for taking care of me keep up the great work.

I have been trying to be scheduled since December and they keep moved my appointment 3x until we have reached March 25th as the earliest available date. When I came for my appointment, they said I do not have an appointment and asked me to come on a different day. This is so messed up and I am really frustrated with how they handle situations like this.

Only giving two stars because I absolutely love Dr.Tiu, but this office staff has been absolutely terrible in the last couple of years. Three months ago coming in for a shot at 8:20 the office door was locked and remained locked for another 30mins even though I continued to call, leave voicemails and knock on the door repeatedly. Making matters worse the staff was inside and you could hear doors opening and closing inside the office. They only unlocked the door after dr tiu showed up confused asking why me and another person were waiting outside. Then having to wait even longer in the waiting room a woman who was dressed in business attire come over to say sorry they didn’t know they had such an early appointment this morning. Three months later they canceled my appointment yesterday because a doctor wasn’t in and scheduled me for today and then called me 10mins ago now to cancel once more for the same reason and then telling me that I could go to the Waldorf office or get rescheduled in Clinton for Monday . These people have no consideration for anyone’s time and lack organization as well as time management Obviously. I’d love to keep with my doctor but this new staff is extremely embarrassing and unprofessional.

Woman was a bit unprofessional when answering the phone. Seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered, and had an attitude so much to the point where I swiftly hung up the phone toward the end of our conversation. Not sure what the woman’s name was, but I called 12:14 pm Wednesday 08/04/21. Please work in the professionalism within your office.
