I TRIED TO MAKE A NEW PT APPOINTMENT AND AFTER WAITING ON HOLD FOR A LONG WHILE I WAS TOLD BY RECEPTIONIST I COULD NOT BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE MY INSURANCE INFORMATION WITH ME --MAYBE THE RECEPTIONIST SHOULD HAVE FOUND OUT THE REASON FOR CALL BEFORE PUTTING ME ON HOLD FOR SO LONG -- THIS WAS VERY FRUSTRATING ESPECIALLY SINCE I TOOK A MOMENT OUT FROM WORK FOR NOTHING--MY SEARCH IS STILL ON FOR AN EYE DOCTOR

Dr Ragland performed LASIK on me. The entire experience was great. Dr Ragland took the time to answer all my questions, and was helpful and professional. The surgery and and the follow up visits were quick and easy. I went from not being able to see my watch with my arm halfway extended (without corrective lenses) to having better than 20/20 vision. He did so well with my surgery that my wife had her eyes corrected several weeks later. I really can not say enough good about Dr Ragland. He is what everyone in the medical profession should strive to be, in skill and "bedside manor"
