The visit went well. The staff was friendly, helpful and took care of my needs in a professional manner. A problem arose when one of the prescriptions was unavailable at 5 different pharmacies (3 CVS and 2 Walgreens). I contacted the office and the doctor sent a prescription for different medication which wad filled without incident. I am grateful your facility is convenient to my neighborhood. Thanks JPhelps

I was having sharp chest pains, and I went into Patient First trying to get relief from the pain. After running multiple tests, I was advised that EKG, and blood work came back normal. I was advised to still follow-up with the ER due to me needing a test to give me more detailed test that PF did not provide. I went to the Doctors Hospital ER the next morning and they said that all urgent issues on the surface were normal however I should still make an appointment with my Cariologist. They didn't mention anything about the Chest Xray that they took. While on the way home, I received a call from PF letting me know that the Radiologist viewed the Chest Xray and that it shows that I have bilateral pneumonia and immediately sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy. I am now on my meds, and my chest is feeling so much better. I still have a cough, and my nose is a little congested, my chest has a little pain, but I know that I am on my way to a recovery. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and giving me what I needed to give me the relief that I needed.

The ENTIRE team was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The receptionists treated me with extreme kindness as well as the nurses, doctor, etc. They even sent a nurse out to me when I first arrived to answer a question about my issue. They could’ve told me I had to wait but they listened carefully to my situation. The nurse came out within 5 minutes and gave me the steps that they would take. This put me at ease. I did have to wait another 2 hours to be seen but I was okay with that because it was crowded and the nurse assured me that my situation was not going to worsen. That’s all I needed to hear. The receptionist engage me in small talk which further loosened me up and she had a GREAT sense of humor which I needed. I was so relaxed after that. I can’t thank them enough. Clinton’s Patient First is THE absolute best.
