This was my first time coming here. Very quiet on a Thursday morning. I did my entire check in online and just walked up to the front desk and give them my name upon arrival. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. The nurse that took my vitals was very kind. Dr. Duke was able to diagnosis me rather quickly! He answered all my questions and never once did I feel rushed. Great team! Over all I would prefer this place over Patient First any day! Easy 5 stars!

I stopped in for a minor issue, poison ivy rash. There was no wait, the facility was spotless, the staff knowledgeable, the provider was thorough and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

The medical doctor and staff were thorough and the receptionist was excellent . I was able to register online prior to my appointment. I feel certain that my medical issue was taken care of.

Everyone here is SUPER nice. I booked an appt for 240 and it took a little over 2 hours to be seen and get discharged, but the NP that was on duty was flying solo. They were all so nice I felt bad complaining that it was taking a while. Apparently an appointment isnt an appointment, which kind of defeats the purpose of making one if its going to take me just as long as walk ins to get seen... I would have shown up an hour earlier. Not the staffs fault though. Management needs to do a better job of staffing them or limiting the number of not-appointments or walk ins theyre willing to take. I left my breastfed baby at home thinking itd be a 45 minute situation since I had an appt, but when I raised my concern they assured me theyd be in as soon as they could and it was only another 20 mins. Overall not a bad experience, they gave me a lot of good info on the way out too. Id go here again.

The care team was phenomenal! I was the last patient of the day and was not rushed. NP Shawn treated me with care and ensured I was stable even though it was Mother’s Day and it was closing time. She sent me with a full regimen. She was also very detailed and thorough with the information and instructions to ensure I understood what my responsibility was once I left the facility. Thank you to you all and the support staff!
